off the the top of my head theres drop punt and banana but what other kicks are there?

Drop kick, no - I'm not calling you names. A drop kick is still the longest recorded kick.



Punt/Torpedo Punt - held high and slightly across the seam the idea is to get the ball spiralling on its long axis.



In the old days a stab pass was differentiated from a drop kick as it involved leaning over the ball, not under it.



A stab punt was the same without the ball hitting the ground.



Then a common one nowadays used by the likes of Burgoyne, Didak and Steve Johnson is a skidding kick off the outside of the boot.



There are others but not so fashionable
